Our short intense workouts leave you feeling energetic and won’t burn you out.




6:00 is Happy Hour or attitude adjustment hour at Perfect Fit! This kettlebell bootcamp includes kettlebell and non kettlebell exercises to enhance your cardio and strength. Please pre-register online for this class by 5PM day of class. All levels of fitness will be accommodated, but we highly recommend attending the Beginner Kettlebell Workshop so you can fully participate in the kettlebell exercises!




Wanna grab a quickie on your lunch break? Join our 45 minute midday class to boost your metabolism and keep you humming for the rest of the day! It's kettlebell basics but be ready to work hard. Squat, press, row, swing, snatch, done! Requires moderate proficiency in kettlebell drills. We recommend our Beginner Kettlebell Workshop and some additional training to get up to speed for this class.




Why sit in traffic? Come to our rush hour kettlebell bootcamp and get your workout in before you get home, get comfortable, and change your mind! This workout is the same format as the 6:00 PM class. Work out with kettlebells, battling ropes, TRX, BOSU, and a whole host of other fitness toys to supercharge your cardio and pump up your strength! Slim down and reshape your hips, thighs, and gut in a fun-filled hour.
